What if my order was missing some items?

If your order's payment method was (Cash on delivery):  You may contact the customer service in case you found a missing item, and we will send you the missing item to your doorstep /Or/ If your order's payment method was (Credit card/debit card): Payment will be refunded within 21 working days depends on your bank.

How do I check out?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, Select the 'Checkout' button in the cart area. Follow the steps by entering the requested details for your delivery and the payment details until you receive the order confirmation

Can you pick up my item for refund?

Yes, we can arrange this for you. Note that the delivery charge might be deducted in some cases.

Which documents do I need to bring to store for a refund or exchange?

The order confirmation and the delivery note are both mandatory for any refund or exchange to be proceeded.
